Celiac Disease and Cross-Contact

Mi Casa is a scratch kitchen that also cooks with flour, so we are not a dedicated gluten free kitchen. "Prepared gluten free on request" is not the same as certified gluten free.

Our allergen sheet notes wheat from fryer cross-contamination for the house fried chips, the Mi Casa Nachos and the fried plantains. Ask how the chips are cooked that day.

If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy, tell your server when you order. We will walk you through the options.

Gluten Free and Other Allergies

Our allergen menu lists nine major allergens for every unmodified menu item, wheat and dairy included. It helps when someone avoids both gluten and dairy.

Read the full Mi Casa food menu for current prices before you come, or order takeout and eat back at the condo.

All eight tacos come on corn tortillas and may be prepared gluten free upon request. Tell your server you need them gluten free when you order.

What does the asterisk on the menu mean?
